TootUncommon Enterprises

Tootuncommon Enterprises is a holding company formed in 1997 to incubate performing arts-related initiatives through training, performance, skill development, and productions of new works.

Tootie Larios has appeared on stage, film and television in roles ranging from Off-Off-Broadway to daytime serials to primetime dramatic series to feature films.  She has directed and choreographed full-scale stage productions and musical revues.  

Tootie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama and Musical Theater from The Boston Conservatory.  She studied Acting with Peter Frisch at The Boston Conservatory, Geoffrey Horne and Irma Sandrey at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute, Michael Howard at Michael Howard Studios, Terry Schreiber at T. Schreiber Studios, as well as Stage Direction with Carl Weber at New York University.  She mastered all levels of Shakespeare’s Heightened Language with Patsy Rodenburg at Michael Howard Studios.  She is an accomplished pianist and she has a strong background in dance: a scholarship with The American Dance Machine – a living archive of original choreography from Broadway productions; ballet training at The Harkness House for Ballet Arts and The Joffrey Ballet; jazz with Jay Norman; and tap with the legendary Henry LeTang.

Tootie is a member of Actors’ Equity Association, SAG-AFTRA, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and VASTA.
